Refund and Returns Policy


  • We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
  • A product with a manufacturing defect or one that is received damaged (on delivery) can be exchanged for a similar product or one of a higher value. It will be eligible for an exchange only if the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good.
  • If 48 hrs have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you an exchange.
  • Products that are damaged after delivery cannot be exchanged, replaced, or returned.
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
